                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF THE SOUTHBOUND LANES OF THE
                   VETERANS' BRIDGE MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
                   HEREIN ON SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1991 FOR THE
                   PRESENTATION OF "A PATRIOTIC MARCH" UNDER
                   THE SPONSORSHIP OF THE CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON
                   COUNTY VETERANS COORDINATING COMMITTEE.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of the southbound lanes of the Veterans' Bridge 

       between Barton Avenue and 4th Street on Sunday, February 24, 1991 

       from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the presentation of "A Patriotic
       March" under the sponsorship of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County
       Veterans Coordinating Committee provided that the sponsors shall
       set out and pick up all flasher barricades, traffic cones and
       traffic signs in accordance with the traffic control plan 
attached
       hereto and shall provide at all times an access lane for fire and 

       other emergency vehicles.
